GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, validity, ownership and redemption of Gift Vouchers.

Our network provides access to a nationwide network of independent activity and experience providers. Gift Vouchers represent monetary value redeemable towards eligible experiences available through our network.

A Gift Voucher is not an activity booking and does not guarantee a particular venue, package, date, time or price. Once redeemed against a confirmed activity booking, our separate Booking Terms & Conditions also apply.

For these terms:

* Purchaser: The person who originally purchases the Gift Voucher.

* Recipient: The person for whom the Gift Voucher is purchased.

* Voucher Holder: The person entitled to redeem the Gift Voucher.

* Voucher Value: The remaining monetary value available for redemption.

1. Gift Voucher Types and Value

We offer activity-specific, general monetary-value, themed, occasion and promotional Gift Vouchers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased Gift Vouchers represent the monetary value paid, regardless of the activity or experience displayed.

Activity-specific vouchers, including those for Karting, Clay Pigeon Shooting or Quad Biking, represent the selected activity for gifting purposes only. They do not constitute advance purchase of a particular package, venue, duration or number of participants.

The Voucher Value remains available throughout its validity period, less any amounts already redeemed.

2. Nationwide Redemption and Activity Flexibility

Gift Vouchers may be redeemed towards eligible activities at participating locations nationwide, unless a specific restriction is expressly stated.

Recipients may choose their preferred participating venue, eligible package and available date when redeeming.

Vouchers can be exchanged for completely different eligible activities without an exchange or administration fee. For example, a Clay Pigeon Shooting voucher may be used towards Karting, Quad Biking or another eligible experience through the wider Geronigo multi-experience network.

Voucher Value may also be used towards alternative packages or eligible combinations of activities, subject to available redemption options.

All activities and bookings remain subject to availability and applicable participation requirements.

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against eligible experiences available through our network. Redemption is subject to availability and any applicable terms and conditions of the specific experience provider.

3. Activity Prices and Remaining Voucher Balances

Activity prices are not fixed when a Gift Voucher is purchased and may change before redemption.

The applicable price is the retail price for the selected package when the booking is made.

Where the booking exceeds the available Voucher Value, the Voucher Holder must pay the difference before confirmation.

Where the booking costs less than the available Voucher Value, the remaining balance stays on the Gift Voucher and can be used towards future eligible activity bookings and experiences, provided the voucher remains valid.

Using part of a Gift Voucher does not extend its expiry date. Any remaining balance retains the original expiry date unless an extension is purchased and agreed.

Additional participants may be added where permitted, subject to availability and payment of the applicable additional charges.

Gift Vouchers and unused Voucher Value cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Voucher Validity

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

* Gift Vouchers purchased on or after 1 October 2024 are valid for 24 months.

* Vouchers purchased before this date retain their original validity conditions.

* The applicable expiry date is displayed on the voucher or associated voucher information.

* Vouchers must be valid when redeemed.

Expired vouchers, including any remaining balances, cannot be redeemed unless an extension

was agreed before expiry.

5. Voucher Extensions

Voucher Holders may purchase an extension by contacting us before the voucher expires.

The extension charge is £6.99 per additional month, with a maximum of three extensions per voucher.

Extensions amend the existing voucher’s expiry date, including any remaining unused balance.

Replacement vouchers are not automatically issued.

Additional charges may apply for replacement printing, packaging or postal delivery.

Complimentary and promotional vouchers may not qualify for extensions.

6. Redeeming a Gift Voucher

All Gift Vouchers must be redeemed directly through us unless otherwise instructed.

Vouchers cannot be used as retrospective payment for bookings made directly with activity venues.

The Voucher Holder may select any eligible activity, participating location and available package.

Bookings are subject to availability. No voucher guarantees a particular venue, package, date, time or participant number.

Once a booking is confirmed, our Booking Terms & Conditions apply, including provisions concerning cancellations, amendments, non-attendance, weather, participant numbers and venue requirements.

The Gift Voucher cancellation policy does not apply to confirmed activity bookings.

7. Venue Changes and Activity Restrictions

We work with independent activity providers whose venues, packages, prices, durations, equipment and availability may change.

Venues may join or leave the network, amend their offerings or discontinue activities.

Such changes do not invalidate a Gift Voucher. Its remaining monetary value can still be used towards other eligible experiences during its validity period.

Activities may be subject to age, height, weight, medical, physical ability, driving licence, minimum participant, clothing, weather and safety requirements.

Restrictions vary between activities and venues.

Voucher Holders are responsible for checking all applicable participation requirements before booking. We should be contacted beforehand if eligibility is uncertain.

Images, videos and descriptions are representative unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual facilities, equipment, durations and experiences depend on the selected venue and package.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Within 14 Days of Purchase

Where the statutory cancellation right applies to an online or telephone purchase, the Purchaser may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.

Provided the voucher remains unredeemed, a refund will be issued without cancellation or administration charges.

The Purchaser must notify us within the applicable cancellation period.

Days 15–30 After Purchase

We voluntarily offer an additional cancellation facility for unredeemed Gift Vouchers between days 15 and 30 after purchase.

Accepted cancellations are subject to a charge of:

£25 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.

This charge is deducted from the refund and will never require an additional payment.

Where the charge equals or exceeds the refundable amount, no refund will be payable under this voluntary facility.

After 30 Days

Gift Vouchers become non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations after 30 days.

However, the Voucher Holder may continue to use the remaining Voucher Value towards eligible experiences throughout the voucher’s validity period.

Redeemed Vouchers

Once redeemed against a confirmed booking, the applicable Booking Terms & Conditions govern cancellations, changes and refunds.

Refund Processing

Refunds are normally issued to the original Purchaser using the original payment method.

Statutory refunds will be processed within legally required timescales. Refunds under our voluntary cancellation facility will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable.

All cancellation and refund provisions remain subject to applicable consumer law and statutory rights.

9. Digital and Postal Delivery

Digital Gift Vouchers are delivered using the contact information supplied at checkout.

Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate email addresses and delivery details. Spam and junk folders should be checked before reporting non-delivery.

Physical vouchers, where available, are dispatched using the selected delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal or courier delays outside our reasonable control.

Optional postage, premium delivery and gift packaging charges are displayed before purchase.

Separate charges may apply for deliveries to multiple addresses.

10. Lost, Stolen or Compromised Vouchers

Gift Vouchers and redemption codes should be treated as items of monetary value and kept secure.

Lost, stolen or compromised vouchers should be reported to us immediately.

Where the original purchase can be verified and the Voucher Value remains unused, we may cancel and replace the original voucher.

Replacement printing, packaging and delivery charges may apply.

We are not responsible for Voucher Value redeemed using codes or information voluntarily disclosed to others or not kept reasonably secure by the Purchaser or Recipient.

11. Promotional and Complimentary Vouchers

We may issue promotional, discounted, bonus-value, competition, reward or complimentary vouchers.

These may carry additional conditions, including restrictions on eligibility, activities, redemption periods and validity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

* Only one promotion may be applied per voucher. Promotions, promotional codes, discounts and special offers cannot be combined or stacked.

* Promotional vouchers cannot be used for bookings made through cashback websites, discount websites, reward platforms or similar third-party promotional channels.

* Promotional and complimentary voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash.

* Complimentary and promotional value is non-refundable.

* Promotional vouchers may not qualify for extensions.

* Certain promotions may be restricted to specified activities, packages, customers or booking periods.

Any specific promotional conditions supplied with an offer apply alongside these general terms.

We reserve the right to refuse promotional benefits where the applicable promotion conditions have not been met.

Nothing in this section affects statutory consumer rights.

12. Seasonal and Christmas Gift Vouchers

Promotional Christmas Gift Vouchers purchased between 1 November and 24 December (inclusive) are valid for redemption from 25 December of the same year.

This arrangement allows recipients to benefit from extended voucher validity by commencing the redemption period on Christmas Day rather than the original purchase date.

These vouchers cannot be redeemed or used towards activity bookings before 25 December of the year in which they were purchased.

The applicable expiry date will be displayed on the Gift Voucher or associated voucher information.

All other Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions, including activity availability, redemption requirements and applicable promotional restrictions, continue to apply.

13. Optional Audio and Video Gift Messages

Selected Gift Vouchers may include a complimentary audio or video gift-message facility.

This feature has no monetary Voucher Value and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn.

Purchasers are responsible for their uploaded content, which must not be unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or infringe another person’s rights.

Unless otherwise stated, messages are stored as follows:

Standard Gift Vouchers: Up to one month from purchase or 14 days after first viewing, whichever occurs first.

Christmas Gift Vouchers: Up to one month from Christmas Day or 14 days after first viewing, whichever occurs first.

Messages should be downloaded within the applicable period where this option is available.

Expired messages may be permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

14. Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Information may be used to process purchases, deliver vouchers, prevent fraud, administer redemption, arrange bookings, communicate with customers, provide support and meet legal obligations.

15. Our Role and Activity Providers

We sell and administer Gift Vouchers and act as a booking agent for activities delivered by independent activity providers.

The selected venue is responsible for delivering the physical activity, and participants must comply with its reasonable safety and operational requirements.

Any problems with an activity should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

We will provide reasonable assistance in investigating issues, including liaising with the relevant activity provider where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Circumstances Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government action, industrial disputes, transport disruption or infrastructure failures.

Where such circumstances affect a confirmed booking, the applicable Booking Terms & Conditions will determine the available options, subject to statutory rights.

17. General Legal Conditions

Changes to Terms: The terms applicable when the voucher was purchased will govern that purchase unless a subsequent change is required by law or is more favourable to the Voucher Holder. Updated terms may apply to future purchases.

Entire Agreement: These terms govern Gift Voucher purchases and redemption. Once a booking is confirmed, our Booking Terms & Conditions also apply. Verbal variations are not binding unless confirmed by us in writing.

Intellectual Property: Our names, trademarks, logos, designs and website content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Enforcement: Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable UK law, without restricting consumers’ statutory rights concerning jurisdiction.
